1. Agreement Acceptance

3.2 Identity Verification

srpl99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification cards (Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and photographic verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

All verification documents must be valid, unexpired, and clearly legible. srpl99 employs advanced identity verification systems and may cross-reference provided information with government databases to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your srpl99 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account using your credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

srpl99 accepts deposits through authorized payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, and designated Philippine banking institutions. All deposit transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100, and maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account verification level and payment method.

Deposits are typically credited to your srpl99 account instantaneously, although processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. srpl99 does not charge deposit fees, although third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawals from your srpl99 account may be requested at any time, subject to completion of identity verification procedures and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine Time, excluding Philippine public holidays).

Standard withdrawal processing time is fifteen (15) minutes to two (2) business hours for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya. Any winnings derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting systems, or violation of game rules are subject to confiscation. srpl99 maintains the absolute right to void bets and winnings in such circumstances.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7. Intellectual Property Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use srpl99 services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any srpl99 content without express written authorization.

Unauthorized use of srpl99 intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in legal action and claims for damages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, srpl99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account.

srpl99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not responsible for losses resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with srpl99 services is to cease using the platform and close your account. In no event shall srpl99's aggregate liability exceed the amount of funds in your account balance at the time of the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of srpl99 services, you agree to first attempt resolution through informal negotiation by contacting srpl99 Customer Support at [email protected]. We commit to responding to all dispute inquiries within three (3) business days.

9.2 Formal Arbitration

If informal resolution proves unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, any remaining dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). Arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English.

Both parties agree to waive any right to jury trial or participation in class action lawsuits. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

9.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

10. Termination and Suspension

srpl99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms; fraudulent or illegal activity; provision of false information; abuse of bonuses or promotions; use of prohibited software or betting systems; and failure to comply with verification requests.

Upon account termination, any remaining account balance will be returned to you minus any applicable fees, disputed amounts, or amounts subject to investigation, provided the balance was obtained through legitimate means. Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon termination.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Voluntary closure will result in cancellation of all active bonuses and promotions. You must withdraw or forfeit all funds before account closure is finalized.

11. Amendments to Terms
